Our story
A security business run by people who have worked the shifts
Focus Security began with a small guarding team covering commercial premises in West London. The proposition was simple: employ officers properly, brief them thoroughly, and give clients a manager who answers the phone.
That principle still governs how the company operates. We have grown into four divisions — security personnel, front of house, control room monitoring and risk consultancy — supported by soft facilities management where clients want a single accountable supplier.
We do not sub-contract our guarding. Officers are recruited, screened, trained and paid by us, which is why our sites see the same faces month after month.
